This is an education in restoring pain-free motion; NOT an exercise class and no equipment is necessary. The Total Motion Release Technique takes a non-traditional but effective approach to address pain by allowing your body to naturally realign and heal.
You will see instant results and once you’ve grasped the concept, you have a lifetime tool to help eliminate pain whenever it comes. Total Motion uses a little known secret of treating pain-free motions in your body to resolve painful motions elsewhere.
Be equipped with the Fab Six (neutral, rotate in, rotate out) and the Nifty Nine movements to self-assess and self-treat your pain. Taught by a trained expert who has seen powerful results with her patients and consults. Written materials provided for independent use at home. Wear comfortable, loose clothing. A chair and floor space are needed for movements. All done in sitting and standing, no work is performed on the floor.
